How do I get an appointment for Physical Therapy? |

At Focus you can see a Licensed Physical, Occupational or Massage Therapist for treatment of various types of injuries and problems. Most insurance plans require a physician's order/referral. If you do not have a referral, either call your doctor for an appointment or call us and we can answer your questions. If you would like to schedule a private consultation with a therapist and do not have insurance or a physician's referral, you can pay "out of pocket." To make an initial appointment, call our office at (904) 388-1300. |
