Scott Crawley founded Focus Physical Therapy in 2005 and serves as the owner, operating manager and Physical Therapist. He obtained his professional training at the University of Florida with clinical internships at Memorial Medical Center (Jacksonville), Kernan Orthopedic Hospital (Baltimore, MD), and Univ. of Alabama/Birmingham Spain Rehab. Hospital. After graduating in 1993, he worked for St. Vincent’s Medical Center (Jacksonville), Baptist Hospital and Brooks Rehabilitation prior to opening Focus PT. Scott specializes in the evaluation/treatment of sports, spine (neck/back) and work related injuries. He is also a Certified Ergonomic Specialist focusing on reducing injuries and stress related problems in the workplace. Scott volunteers as the Team Physical Therapist for both the Jacksonville Rugby Club and Jacksonville Axemen rugby teams to provide medical care and therapy to injured players.
